Terry T. Judge

Terry Judge is the Founder and CEO of CORE Solutions Group, LLC. The visionary behind the brand, overseeing much of its growth and strategic business planning. He brings an entrepreneurial background spanning over 30 years of business ownership and was one of the early adopters of engineering-based cost segregation studies alongside other highly specialized tax credits and incentives. Terry has both a tax and a mechanical engineering background, and over the last two decades he and his team have completed thousands of specialty tax engagements. He speaks nationally, has appeared on many podcasts, and has published white papers on cost segregation, research tax credits and energy incentives. Driven by a passion for teaching real estate investors and entrepreneurs to turn the tax code into an asset rather than a liability.

Terry is also a seasoned investor and owns or is an investor in multi-family, day care centers, a ground up hotel in Traverse City, MI, industrial, and a mix of private equity and debt funds. Lastly, Terry loves to travel, spend time with loved ones and play golf any chance he can get.
