This business has taught me a great deal about business and life. In 2006, my goal was to create a firm that would offer high-value and high-touch in the markets we serve, as well as a company that gave back into to local communities. Working alongside our CEO and leadership team, I oversee the strategy, people, systems, and day-to-day execution that keep CORE moving forward. My focus is creating strong teams, clear accountability, efficient processes, and an exceptional experience for our clients.
I believe great leadership means being willing to get in the trenches, solve problems, develop people, and take ownership of the outcome. As CORE continues to grow, my goal is to make sure we grow with intention—without losing the relationships, responsiveness, and commitment to our clients that built this company.
For me, operations isn’t just about making things run. It’s about building something that can continue to grow, serve people well, and make an impact.
Melanie Creech - Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at CORE Solutions Group, I help keep the people, projects, and processes behind CORE moving every day.
From client communication and project flow to internal systems, deadlines, and team coordination, my focus is making sure nothing falls through the cracks and our clients receive the level of service they expect from CORE.
I believe in ownership, urgency, communication, and follow-through. I’m passionate about creating better processes, supporting our team, solving problems before they become problems, and helping turn big-picture goals into action.
At the heart of it, my role is simple: keep CORE moving forward, take care of our people, and make sure we deliver.
